Marina

The Marina District is a sought-after enclave for those who can afford the price of admission.

A respite from the bustling tourist areas and vibrant Downtown SF, the Marina District is a sought-after enclave for those who can afford the price of admission. Located along the city’s beautiful northern shore, it’s noticeably quieter than places like Union, Castro, and Market streets. But this is, by no means, a sleepy portion of San Francisco.

You’ll rub shoulders with brilliant young professionals and decades-long residents who all have interesting stories to tell. An impressive selection of casual yet stylish dining spots and cozy watering holes are within walking distance to take the conversation further. Parks and open spaces are well within reach, as well.

Mid-Century, and other Contemporary styles. In addition, there are quite a few historic homes in the area, with some going as far back as 1931.
